Manama, Mar. 22 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker, Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, commended the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in today’s Cabinet Meeting to offer online sellers two regulation options; ‘Khetwa’, offered free of charge to productive families registered with the Ministry of Labour and Social Development, or virtual commercial registration via ‘Sijili’, in accordance with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism’s regulations, which grants access to financial packages, including Tamkeen’s Business Continuity Program, as well as competitive financial schemes.
The Representatives Council Speaker stressed that the directives underline fruitful and continuous cooperation between the government and the Representatives Council for the benefit of the nation and citizens and in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. She added the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirm anew the royal keenness to cater to citizens’ needs, support them and provide them with the opportunity to take part in quality projects that contribute to improving their income and living conditions.
The Representatives Council Speaker reiterated the council’s unflinching keenness on reaching out to citizens and catering to their needs to help them overcome all challenges, mainly in the economic and commercial field, under the comprehensive development march led by HM the King.
